The oiled sheet is produced based on the cold rolling method. In the production process of this product, rollers at the top and bottom determine the thickness of the sheet. Also, this roller prevents oil sheet from bending. Tensile force and pressure are two important factors for the production of oil sheets. In the next step, acid washing method is used to make this product. This is done to remove the oxide layer of the sheet. In order for the sheet not to have thermal stress, it is made resistant in the heating stage to reduce the heating temperature of the sheet. Finally, the sheet is cooled. Among the characteristics of the oil sheet, we must say: it has a high tensile capacity and does not break due to force and impact. The thickness of the oil sheet is between 0.3 and 3 mm and the standard width of this product is between 100 and 125 cm. This product includes three types of normal sheet with St 12 standard, semi-stretch sheet with St 13 standard and super stretch sheet with St 14 standard. St14 type of oiled sheet has a certain expiration date. In other words, when its expiration date ends, its strength decreases and it becomes St12. Products such as EK2 sheets are also considered oil products and are used with glazing to produce kitchen appliances. This product is used for the production of galvanized sheets, the production of household appliances such as gas stoves, or the coating of products such as refrigerators. Oil sheet is also used for the production of pipes
