Another type of colored steel sheet is produced using galvanized sheet. The only difference between these two products is the use of electrostatic color coating for the color sheet. This product is available in 15 different colors. In the production process of this type of metal sheet, first the coil of galvanized sheet is cleaned and degreased. Then they pass a roller over it to make it smooth and uniform. They wash the sheet again to make it clean. After drying, the sheet is painted. This steel product is painted using a powder polymer base paint that is sprayed on the top and bottom surfaces of the sheet. Then it is put in the oven to bake the color on the sheet. In the next step, they use other colors such as polyester, epoxy, polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane. According to the manufacturer’s choice, one of these colors is poured on the sheet using a roller and it is taken back into the oven to increase the color resistance. Among the applications of colored steel sheet, we can mention its use for the production of shed roofs, pavilions and gables. Also, this profile is used for the production of household and office appliances, manufacturing of cooling and heating equipment, use in metal industries, use in the transportation industry such as the cabin of a car and heavy machine.
